What's changed

Archive a project from the project itself.

• Every project now has an Archive button right on its page — and archived projects a Reopen button. Nothing is deleted either way.

Invoice lines with quantities, and your own invoice numbers.

• Ad-hoc invoice lines take a quantity and a per-item amount, passed to FreeAgent, Xero or QuickBooks as a real quantity times unit price — the invoice shows the maths.
• Choose your own invoice number when you need to, or leave it blank and the running sequence continues as before.
• A roomier Create Invoice window, with the description given the full width.

Book jobs onto the days they are worked, add your own calendar items, and switch between month, week and day views.

• Pick the exact days a booking runs — they need not be consecutive — and the Calendar shows the job on each of them.
• Add your own items straight onto the Calendar, with notes, and edit or delete them in place.
• Month, Week and Day views, with Prev/Next/Today moving by whatever you are looking at.
• Subscribed Google and Apple calendars mirror it all — one all-day event per worked day, plus your items.
• A cleaner bookings table: single-line rows with aligned Net, VAT and Gross columns, and project actions as icons.

The licence agreement now ships inside the download.

• A copy of the End User Licence Agreement is included in the download as a PDF, so the terms you bought under are always beside the software.
• The installer asks you to accept the agreement before it begins.

Visitors can now remove items from the Client CV, not just add them.

• Every entry on the Client CV now has a Remove button for every visitor — adding was always open, and now taking an item off again is too. Reordering stays behind your login.

The Services section becomes the Price List, with units beyond time.

• Services is now the Price List — the same reusable catalogue for estimate and invoice lines, under a truer name.
• Price items can be per hour, day, week, month or year — or priced as products, services, training, expenses, or with no unit at all.
• Small polish: the budget table name only shows its edit box while you are actually renaming it.

Budget rows can now be dragged into position.

• Press the three-lines button on any budget row and drag it where you want it — mouse or touch. Letting go saves the order you see.
• The Total Gross, VAT and Total Net columns on every line now read in bold teal, so calculated figures stand apart from typed-in ones.

Fixes moving tables up and down in the budget sheets.

• Moving a table up or down in the budget sheets now works on every sheet, including the Personal Expenses home tables — tables keep the order you arrange them in.

Deleting a budget year now only affects the sheet you are on.

• Deleting a budget year removes it from the current sheet only — every other sheet keeps its data, and the year leaves the year list only once no sheet holds anything for it.
• A new budget row is added at the top of its table, since sheets run latest-first and a new entry is usually the newest.
• Portfolio admin: delete an item straight from the list, with compact icon buttons for edit and view.

Fixes reordering rows in the budget sheets.

• The Move up and Move down buttons in the budget sheets now work. Tables keep the order you arrange them in, rather than being re-sorted by date every time the page loads.
• A newly added budget row appears at the bottom of its table, ready to be moved wherever it belongs.

Fixes three areas that did not work on a fresh install, and adds data export.

• Annual Budgets now loads — it previously failed on every sheet.
• The Client Portal works; sign-in previously failed outright.
• Invoice documents list correctly.
• Uploading a file to a client works.
• Export Your Data — download your whole database as a single .sql file, from Settings.
• Home Expenses tables on Personal Expenses can now be named, reordered and deleted like every other sheet's tables.
• Your private files are protected by default. The download now carries the rules that keep your invoices, client files and your database password out of reach — both from the web, and from version control if you ever put your install in a git repository.

Invoicing now works with all three major accounting platforms, with a worldwide VAT rate picker.

• Xero and QuickBooks connections, alongside the existing FreeAgent one — invoices created in Projects become real records in whichever you use.
• Choose the platform per invoice when more than one is connected.
• VAT dropdown on every invoice, with the standard rate for every country — Xero and QuickBooks apply your organisation's own matching tax code, and refuse rather than guess if there isn't one.
• Form fields across the app have clearer, brighter outlines.
