Run the timer
In Projects, start the timer on an open project, add an expense, then generate the estimate PDF.
Rebrand it
In Settings, change the palette and the fonts. It previews live, and it applies to the public pages too.
Look at the public side
The credits board, CV and portfolio are public pages built from the same records — no second copy to maintain.
Open a budget year
Annual Budgets — six sheets, VAT worked out for you, totals rolling up. This is the part that replaces the spreadsheet.
Peek at the client portal
See how a client signs in and collects deliverables without you emailing a link that anyone can forward.

It resets nightly
Every night at 03:00 UK time the demo database is dropped and rebuilt from a clean snapshot, and uploaded files are cleared. Anything you enter is gone by morning — which is the point.
Everyone shares it
It is one install, not one per visitor. If something looks odd, somebody else is probably mid-edit. Reload in a moment and carry on.
Don't put anything real in it
Treat it as a public whiteboard, because that is what it is. Do not type a real client name, a real email address or a real invoice into it — other visitors can see it until the next reset.
Some things are switched off
Outgoing email, licence transfer and the self-delete installer are disabled on the demo for obvious reasons. Everything else behaves exactly as it does on your own install.
The data in the demo is invented. The clients, the shoots, the invoices and the portfolio pieces are all fictional — no real person's details appear anywhere in it.
