No. You pay once and the software is yours. There is no recurring charge and no seat count. Updates are included, and the app carries on working normally even if our licence server is unreachable.

PHP 7.4 or newer with the pdo_mysql and mbstring extensions, and a MySQL database. That describes essentially every shared hosting plan sold today. curl, zip and openssl are optional and unlock AI matching, spreadsheet export and outgoing email respectively. The installer checks all of them and tells you what is missing before you commit to anything.

Yes — the demo is the real application with demo data in it, not a video or a click-through. Everything works. It resets itself every night, so you can change whatever you like.

One production domain at a time. You can release the licence and move it yourself up to 5 times a year, which covers changing host or rebuilding. Local and staging copies do not count against that.

In your own MySQL database on your own hosting. Uploaded files live in a media folder on the same server. None of it is copied to us — we could not read your client list if we wanted to.

Nothing, because there is nothing to stop paying. The licence does not expire.

You need to be able to create a database in cPanel and upload a folder over FTP. If you have ever installed WordPress by hand, this is the same shape of job and the installer does more of it for you.

Settings tells you when there is a new version and gives you a download link. You unzip it over the top — your config, your media folder and your database are not in the zip, so nothing of yours is overwritten — then visit upgrade.php, which applies any database changes and tells you what it did.

If the software does not work on hosting that meets the published requirements and we cannot sort it out with you, yes — in full, within 14 days. Consumers in the UK and EU also have the usual 14-day right to cancel, which is lost once the download begins if you consented to immediate delivery at checkout.

Paddle, acting as merchant of record. They handle the transaction and any VAT or sales tax, and your receipt comes from them. We never see your card details.
